Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar, has leased two luxurious duplex apartments in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill area for Rs 2.9 crore annually. The apartments are in the Puja Casa building, covering the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors.
One duplex is rented from actor Jackky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh at Rs 11.54 lakh per month, with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh. The other duplex, owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani, is leased for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, with a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh. Both leases are for three years and were registered on February 14, 2025.
