He emphasized that no financial transactions will take place until further notice, though other minor agreements have been reached.
In his message, Trump addressed sailors and families directly, urging them to prepare for reunions as ships begin departing. He concluded by noting he would meet in the Situation Room to make a final determination on the agreement.
