India is making a strong push in artificial intelligence with a ₹28,000 crore mission to build sovereign AI infrastructure. Two companies, E2E Networks and Netweb Technologies, are emerging as key players in this growth story. Their focus on GPU cloud services and AI hardware is helping India expand its computing power rapidly.

E2E Networks has scaled its GPU fleet from 1,900 units in FY26 to 5,100 units in the first quarter of FY27. It recently added 1,024 NVIDIA B200 GPUs. The company reported a sharp rise in profits, with EBITDA jumping more than ten times to ₹117.9 crore and revenues growing over 334 percent year on year. It has also partnered with L and T for data centres and is expanding globally, with 37 percent of revenue coming from international clients.

Netweb Technologies is building AI systems, supercomputers and enterprise storage solutions. AI systems contributed more than 62 percent of its revenue in the first quarter of FY27. Its revenue rose 172 percent to ₹819.7 crore, while net profit increased 180 percent to ₹85.3 crore. The company has a strong order book worth ₹2,506.9 crore and benefits from government support through the PLI scheme. Partnerships with NVIDIA and AMD strengthen its position.

Both companies are trading at premium valuations, reflecting investor confidence in India’s AI infrastructure journey.
