Ace investor Ashish Kacholia has recently invested in two newly listed companies, Ardee Industries and Credent Connect N Care. His investments have attracted attention among market participants, as both companies reported strong growth before entering the stock market.
Ardee Industries is involved in recycling used lead acid batteries and supplying refined lead to battery manufacturers. The company has significantly increased its production capacity and exports. However, its latest quarterly results showed pressure on operating margins due to higher freight costs and expensive imported scrap. The management has also indicated that future growth could be slower than earlier levels.
Credent Connect N Care operates in healthcare logistics. It mainly handles the collection and transportation of blood samples for laboratories and diagnostic companies. The company reported a sharp rise in revenue and profit in FY26. However, much of the growth came from its healthcare services and newly consolidated businesses. Its core logistics business recorded more modest growth.
Investors also need to watch the companies’ cash flow and valuations. Credent saw a major increase in trade receivables, which resulted in negative cash flow from operations. Its valuation is also higher than the median valuation of its peers.
Both stocks are expected to see additional shares becoming available in September. This could increase selling pressure. Kacholia’s investment highlights his confidence, but investors should conduct their own research before taking any decision.
